The successful candidate will have ideally worked in a similar Insurance or financial services organisation, be pro-active, highly flexible, and possess outstanding organisational skills. Day to day activities: • Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO & Dep CEO. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements. • Manage all diary, travel and hotel booking on behalf of the directors and coordinate all Executive Team meetings. • Preparation of all Board Meeting packs and minute taking. • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO/COO/Dep CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organisation. • Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO/COO/Dep CEO and staff. • Ownership of internal communications and assistance in HR duties as required. Kildare Tenure: Fixed Term (Maternity Cover) - 78 hours per fortnight The successful candidate will become a key member of an evolving psychological services team led by the Principal Psychology Manager. The post will involve close collaborative working with the Senior Psychologist. The post holder will contribute to developing interdisciplinary supports for people in receipt of services from the clinical supports team in Kildare. The post holder will provide psychological supports to a broad range of individuals with intellectual disabilities, Autism and mental health concerns. The office base is Monasterevin.
