The role of a Leisure Attendant involves working in different areas of the Leisure Centre according to your training and qualifications. This varied role requires you to be a great allrounder. If you have a Swim Teaching, Lifeguard and/or Fitness qualifications, and want to learn and develop in this industry – this role is for you! Here’s what we need from you: Hold the following qualifications: * RLSS Pool Lifeguard or IWS Pool Lifeguard Qualification and either both or one of the following qualifications: * STA, IWS or SI Swim Teacher qualifications * NCEHS / NCEF Fitness Instructor Qualification We welcome applicants who may not yet hold these qualifications and are committed to supporting their development through upskilling opportunities. · A passion for the health and fitness industry · A willingness to train and qualify in all three disciplines listed above · A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people · Previous experience in instructing classes (Swim, Fitness or both) is desirable · Flexible in relation to your hours/days of work – morning, afternoon and night shifts both weekdays and weekends available · Due to the nature of this role fluent English is required
