Client Account Executive
The Job: As a key part of the client support & operations team, you will primarily be responsible for supporting corporate & commercial clients with their needs & inquiries. More specifically this will involve building solid & sustainable relationships with new & existing clients, demonstrating technical capabilities to resolve issues, identifying process improvement opportunities & closing gaps to enhance the client experience, proactively exploring new growth opportunities & supporting the wider management team in their projects & commercial duties. Your Skills & Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified ideally in business studies, marketing or a related discipline. 2+ years’ experience ideally in a client or account management focused role. Recent graduates with a strong/relevant co-op or placement experience may also be considered. Proficient in MS Office and office management software Strong written & verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail & organisational ability. Ability to manage workload effectively & work on your own initiative. The Offer : The role is a permanent position with base salary depending on experience/qualifications expected to be approx. 35-36k with additional benefits, bonus & paid car parking on top. This role is fully office based in Limerick City centre. Candidates without the relevant visa/work permit or eligibility to work permanently in Ireland will not be considered.

Procurement & Contracts Manager
CENTRAL SERVICES PROCUREMENT & CONTRACTS MANAGER PERMANENT FULL TIME (70 HOURS PER WEEK) Office based in Tullamore or Portarlington Informal Enquiries: Andrea O’Connor 087 949 9986 Who are we: The Muiriosa Foundation is a Section 38 voluntary health organisation providing services to people with intellectual disabilities, and Autistic people with co-occurring intellectual disabilities. We are publicly funded by the Department of Health, through the HSE. The Muiriosa Foundation employs 1500 staff and provides residential and day opportunities to over 500 individuals. We provide as advisory service to a further 300 people with intellectual disabilities and their families. Description: We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Procurement and Contracts Manager. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the successful candidate will lead the organisation’s contracts and procurement function. The office is based in Tullamore at Muiriosa headquarters or Triest House, Portarlington but the successful candidate will be expected to work across the three central administration locations from time to time. Requirements: · Level 8 degree or equivalent relevant professional qualification · Recognised professional procurement qualification · Qualification in Contracts Management desirable · Experience managing procurement processes from planning through to contract award. · Experience preparing tender documentation, specifications, evaluation criteria and procurement reports. · Experience operating within public procurement regulations and competitive tendering frameworks. Experience managing supplier relationships and contract performance · Experience maintaining contract registers and managing contract lifecycles. · Experience monitoring contract compliance, performance indicators and service delivery obligations. · Experience managing contract renewals, variations and associated governance requirements. · Experience preparing management reports, business cases and briefing papers for senior management. · Experience supporting audit processes, compliance reviews and governance frameworks. · Experience maintaining accurate records and documentation to support organisational accountability. · Experience working collaboratively with internal stakeholders across multiple departments. · Experience providing guidance and advice to managers regarding procurement and compliance requirements. · Experience supporting organisational projects through procurement and financial oversight. · Experience in a Section 38 publicly funded organisation strongly desirable. · Experience in a leadership role with line management responsibility.
