About the role This role is responsible for leading the sales support team in Central Europe to ensure the commercial team can provide a best-in-class service to our customers. Sales support is an extension of the sales function; their primary purpose is to manage customer requests in relation to existing and potential opportunities on behalf of Sales teams, as well as increase capacity and productivity for the team by handling an effective pipeline management, data quality and best practices. What will you be doing? Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent us. A Kerry employee will not solicit candidates through a non-Kerry email address or phone number. The successful applicant will join a multi-disciplinary team and play an active role in providing an exceptional service to clients. This role will be responsible for ensuring customer they have an excellent experience while in the clinic, taking blood samples from both private and corporate clients, ensuring they feel comfortable at all times. The applicant should also be willing to travel to client sites, either corporate or third parties (e.g., GP surgeries) to take samples. Excellent interpersonal skills will be a necessary requirement. For this position, as you may be in contact with live blood samples, you must be vaccinated against Hepatitis B or be able to get it following a successful interview stage.
