Main purpose of the role: Ensure the Bakery Department operates efficiently and effectively at all times. Provide our customers with excellent quality products and customer service. Dental Nurse
We have an exciting opportunity to be part of our family run group of Practices and to join our team on Knock Road. As this is a Denplan Practice, an enhanced hourly rate will be offered. The successful applicant will work 39 hours per week from 8:30-5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30-4:30pm on Fridays. Qualified and Trainee Dental Nurses are welcome to apply. Duties will include assisting the dentist, sterilising dental equipment, keeping the surgery clean and occasional reception duties. Promoting high standards of patient care at all times is vital. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To co-ordinate the operation of the Council’s Community Facilities to include supervised access and usage of the Facilities for user groups. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and the general condition of the facilities and environs. Facilities Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Team Leader to join our in house Facilities team, covering Titanic Belfast, SS Nomadic and the associated external areas and facilities. The successful candidate will support the Head of Facilities and Facilities Manager in the overall operation and maintenance of our buildings, plant, equipment and facilities, while providing hands-on leadership to the Facilities team across both sites. Titanic Belfast and SS Nomadic operate in a fast-paced visitor environment, welcoming visitors, events and guests throughout the year. The role will therefore require someone who understands the importance of keeping our facilities safe, operational and well maintained, while supporting the delivery of a positive and seamless visitor experience. Visitor experience and safety are at the heart of everything we do, and the Facilities Team plays an important role in enabling our colleagues to deliver this. The successful candidate will work closely with teams across the organisation, responding to operational requirements, managing maintenance issues and ensuring our buildings, external areas and facilities are ready for daily operations, events and changing business needs. We are looking for someone who is practical, organised and solutions-focused, with the confidence to lead a team and work collaboratively in a busy operational environment. They will need to demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, take pride in the standards of our facilities and be able to respond effectively when priorities change. The Facilities Team Leader plays a key role in ensuring all visitor-facing building services and back-of-house systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role, working directly with the facilities team to deliver repairs, maintenance, and project support that keep Titanic Belfast and its associated venues running smoothly and to the highest standard.
