Our services are based upon a Family Centered Practice Model in line with the Progressing Disability Services. The Behaviour Specialist will provide specialist expertise in the area of Positive Behaviour Support. The post holder will be a key member of a CDNT providing a family centred and quality service to children with complex needs designing the supports needed to help children reach their full potential, meet their goals and become as independent as possible. This will include detailed Functional Assessments of Behaviour. Key Responsibilities: Policy Guidance: Assist and guide managers in understanding and implementing HR policies and procedures consistently across the organisation. Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures to ensure clarity and satisfaction. Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Administrative Tasks: Manage daily HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing relevant documentation. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience from day one. Performance Management: Aid in the implementation and management of performance review processes to foster employee development. Training Coordination: Help organize training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and promote company culture. Compliance and Reporting: Assist with HR compliance initiatives and maintain accurate records to support reporting requirements.
