Join us as an Inside Sales Executive As a member of the inside sales team, your role will be to drive new revenue growth through winning new customers across our broad portfolio of products. You will develop the knowledge to become a "centre of excellence" in uncovering, developing and closing new business opportunities. Working in close collaboration to support and assist our existing sales teams while maintaining a stream of self-developed business. What Else it involves Deliver outstanding customer experience in in all interactions, through multiple communications channels. Responsible for sourcing leads, managing your specific sales channel and building relationships with external organisations. Qualify new prospects and prepare proposals. Keep informed of 3 products and services portfolio, technical developments, industry trends and competitor activities. Develop and maintain strong, effective working relationships with all internal departments, in particular within the Business Channel. Ensure excellent pipeline management and accurate forecasting to deliver against agreed KPI`s. Ensure a customer centric approach by working with the product, implementation and account management teams to ensure that the customer achieves the results required The skills we're looking for Sales experience required Proven track record in achieving Sales targets, B2B sales experience desirable. The Independent Visitor (IV) Scheme is a befriending project for care-experienced young people aged 8-18 in the Belfast and South Eastern Trust areas. Volunteers are matched to a young person who they meet once a fortnight to enjoy a fun activity or excursion. Volunteers are reimbursed for their travel expenses and are given a small budget for activities. Consultant Paediatric Surgeon With A Special Interest In Urology

Purpose of the Role: This is a new post and will support the existing Paediatric Surgery/Urology service across CHI. Paediatric Urology is currently provided by Prof S. Cascio, Mr David Coyle and Mr Piotr Hadjuk. This is a new appointment. The new appointee will work together with the three urologists, 18.5 hours CHI at Temple Street and 18.5 hours CHI at Crumlin. There are also 8.5WTE general paediatric surgeons providing general paediatric surgical services across three sites mentioned above. The service provides urological care in children from the newborn period up to 16 years of age. In both units, the urologists work in close liaison with the nephrology teams and other speciality teams as required. Prof Cascio, Mr Coyle, and Mr Hadjuk provide emergency cover for general paediatric surgery in Temple Street (Prof Cascio and Mr Coyle) and Crumlin (Mr Hadjuk). The successful applicant would be expected to participate in the General surgery on-call rota on one site only. Eligibility Criteria Professional Qualifications and Experience Mandatory: a) Registration as a specialist in the Specialist Division of the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland in the specialty of Pediatric Surgery And One year certified postgraduate training in Paediatric Urology. Essential: Skills / Competencies / Knowledge : · Significant experience in clinical practice in delivery of acute unscheduled care at both local and national levels · Experienced clinician with credibility and the ability to command the respect of all clinical and non-clinical professionals · Experience of developing, applying and reviewing an evidence-based approach to decision making · Excellent inter-personal skills, including experience and familiarity with public, professional, media and political communications and stakeholder relations · Demonstrate commitment to fostering partnerships, multi-professional and multi-disciplinary relationships · Demonstrate a knowledge and undertaking of the current governance structures and anticipated changes with the establishment of the new children’s hospital · Experience in reconfiguring acute services across organisations and regions · Demonstrate leadership and team management skills including the ability to manage his/her staff and service and work with multi-disciplinary team members · Experience of operating in complex and challenging environments · Knowledge of the Irish health sector, national health programmes and health reform agendas · Strong negotiation and influencing skills · Effective change management skills · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written · Risk and issue management skills · Ability to recognise and respect the expertise of others and the contribution of team members and harness good teamwork and open contributions to enable the achievement of programme aims · Demonstrate evidence of effective planning and organizing skills including awareness of resource management Have excellent computer skills, competencies, and knowledge of hospital data/ information systems.
