OR (iii) An equivalent qualification at minimum Level 9 validated by the Academy of Clinical Science and Laboratory Medicine (ACSLM). OR (iv) Possess Fellowship of the Academy of Clinical Science and Laboratory Medicine awarded before July 2018.
