Driver
Main purpose of the role: Responsible for ensuring the efficient and professional delivery of customer`s online/telephone shopping orders. Interact with each customer with great pride, passion and care. The ideal candidate will have/be: • Previous experience as a delivery driver is desirable • Full clean driver`s licence is essential • Excellent organisational and time management skills • Excellent communication skills • Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible • Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Previous customer service experience is an advantage. Online Shopping Assistant
Main purpose of the role: Shop and fulfil orders on behalf of our customers using the SuperValu.ie service. The ideal candidate will have/be: • Previous retail experience is desirable is desirable • Shop to specific targets whilst being selective and accurate with products • Excellent communication skills • Accuracy, attention to detail, organised and flexible • Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Main duties: • Actively live SuperValu brand-values i.e. Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and Imaginative • Shop to specific targets whilst being selective and accurate with products • Have good product knowledge to ensure the items that are picked are of the highest quality and substitution chosen are appropriate • Pack the products in the correct temperature zone and in such a way they arrive at the customers` home in perfect condition • Make decisions on behalf of customers if products ordered are unavailable • Work on own initiative with very little supervision • Keep up to date with team communication • Deal with routine customer queries.
Deli Assistant
Main purpose of the role: Responsible for the preparation of high quality hot and cold deli products and for ensuring customer satisfaction is the number one priority. The ideal candidate will have/be: • HACCP training is desirable but not necessary • Excellent communication skills • Previous customer service experience is an advantage • The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure • A passion for food and the ability to inspire shoppers. Main purpose of the role: Ensure the Meat Department operates efficiently and effectively at all times and provide our customers with excellent quality and products and services. The ideal candidate will have/be: • Craft butchery course is desirable • Numerical skills • Excellent communication skills • Previous customer service experience is an advantage • The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure • A passion for food and the ability to inspire shoppers • HACCP training is beneficial but not essential.
