Main purpose of the role: Ensure the store€,,s fresh food departments operate efficiently and effectively and provide our customers with the very best customer service and fresh food offering at all times. The ideal candidate will have/be: 2 years€,, experience in a Fresh Food Department is desirable 1 years€,, experience in a Supervisor/Manager role is desirable Excellent communication skills Good delegation skills An understanding of how to achieve KPIs and targets Passion for fresh food.
