People Operations Administrator
The Central Bank of Ireland serves the public interest by safeguarding monetary and financial stability and by working to ensure that the financial system operates in the best interests of consumers and the wider economy. We currently have a vacancy for a People Operations Administrator on a contract of indefinite duration in the Human Resources Division. This role is aligned with the Bank Officer (BO) grade, and the BO salary scale applies. New entrants will commence on Point 1 of the relevant salary scale; in this case the starting salary will be €35,046. Please click here for further information on our salary scales. The purpose of the role is to be responsible for providing professional advice and timely responses to queries within agreed Service Level Agreements which arise within the People Operations function to contribute to providing a positive customer experience. Also to process HR transactional / operational requirements in line with all policy and legislative requirements to provide a consistent service and to mitigate risk and protect the Bank. Responsibilities: Provide timely, accurate and complete responses to operational queries within agreed Service Level Agreements which arise within the HR Support function in order to provide a positive customer experience Process transactional / HR operational requirements in line with policy and legislative requirements in order to provide a consistent service and to mitigate risk and protect the bank. Ensure accuracy and proficiency in all tasks and identify and drive the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives so as to maximize efficiencies, customer experience and automation Manage HR system issues to resolution with external 3rd party provider to ensure service delivery targets are met and enhanced. Keep abreast of legislation and policy changes as they occur and proactively identify changes to policies and procedures to ensure the Bank remains in line with best practice and legislative requirements Requirements: A HR or business diploma or related discipline. CIPD qualified is desirable 2 years+ HR Administration/ other relevant administration experience, including experience of working in a shared services or self-service environment for HR operational processes Good understanding of current Irish Employment legislation and ability to proactively apply and advise on HR policy and processes Experience and knowledge of HR Systems and Reporting - practical knowledge and experience of CORE HR would be a distinct advantage Proficiency with Microsoft Office with strong advanced MS Excel skills. Schools Liaison Officer
Job Summary: The College welcomes hundreds of new learners annually to its Dublin campus. The CAO market is a key element of this intake, particularly onto full-time undergraduate programmes. We are seeking to recruit an additional member to join the team to grow interest and awareness of Griffith College with second level students. This ideal person needs to be a self-starter, be organised and creative along with having strong event management and communication skills to lead our marketing and recruitment efforts with a national CAO audience. The successful person will work with our faculties to create and develop new, exciting schools events that appeal to second level and CAO students as well as to engage with them on a daily / weekly / monthly basis. The successful person will work closely with the college’s digital marketing team to implement effective digital, CRM and social media communication strategies to reach this target audience. They will act as point person for guidance counsellors and second level teachers. The successful candidate will also assist with enquiries and recruitment campaign activity onto the college’s undergraduate programmes, working with a dynamic and motivated group of colleagues at our Dublin campus. Working closely with the Store Manager you will learn all the skills required to become a store Manager in the future whilst being an essential part of the performance of your store. To qualify you should have at least one years experience in a Managerial role in a retail/sales setting and be passionate about encouraging people to deliver their best. You need to be curious about learning new ways of managing areas of our business that you might not be familiar with, such as our Grooming Studio, and ready to be a hands on leader on the sales floor. This is a full time role and as it's retail we trade weekends so you will be expected to be here at least one weekend day per week.
