Job Function Summary Millennium is looking for a Receptionist and Facilities Assistant to be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Dublin office. They will be ensuring a seamless work environment and maintaining company standards in daily operations, supervised by the Office Manager. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. The hours will be Monday to Friday from 08:30 am to 5:30 pm however flexibility is required to attend premises to supervise and monitor contractors out of these hours. Reception Responsibilities

Prison Resettlement Floating Support Worker
PRISONS RESETTLEMENT FLOATING SUPPORT WORKER Could you assist young people to build the skills and confidence to find, set up and maintain their own homes in the community? MACS Floating Support services provide a range of interventions to assist young people aged 16 - 25 to access/maintain accommodation in the community. In this role you will also support young people that are leaving the prison service, to prevent repeat homelessness and reoffending of young people leaving prison through an intensive floating support model which addresses their complex needs and encompasses a coordinated and holistic approach to resettlement. Key Responsibilities: Key requirements: 2 years’ experience of working with young people age 16-25 in supported housing or community-based support or similar environment OR Degree in Social Work, Youth and Community Work or similar AND 1 years’ experience of working with young people age 16-25 in supported housing or community-based support or similar environment AND A full, current driving license with access to a car, insured for business use is required to meet the requirements of the post in full.
