Basic Qualifications - Currently in your penultimate (graduating in 2027) or last year and working towards a university (Bachelor or Master) degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Law or a related field (Humanities focused), or a similar discipline. - Eligible and available to complete a full-time internship (40 hours/week) of 3-6 months with a start date between January and July 2026. - Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and the local language of the country you are applying for (Common European Framework of Reference C1). Preferred Qualifications - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others. - Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
