You will plan and implement airway clearance clinics, review clinics, oxygen assessment and pulmonary rehabilitation groups. You will work on admission avoidance pathways alongside multidisciplinary team members, GPs and respiratory consultants with excellent links to both primary and acute care. 80% of the role will be based in the Primary Care setting with 20% of the post holder’s time working with the Integrated Care Respiratory Consultant.
