ABOUT THE ROLE Ready Chef is a second-generation family-owned Irish business supplying Fresh and Prepared vegetables, fruits and salads to all strands of the Irish Food Service Sector. We are now looking for new talent to join us as we continue to grow, innovate and deliver. The Ready Chef warehouse is located at 112/113 Bann Road, Dublin Industrial Estate, Dublin 11. Production Operative (Day Shift) – Dublin We are currently looking to recruit Full time staff to work as part of our production team. The production takes place in a chilled environment. The production facility operates 7 days per week and the successful candidate will be required to work 06:00-15:00 each day. Working week is typically 5 days over 7. Successful applicants must be available to work weekends. You must also be eligible to work full time, 40 hours, in Ireland. Only candidates residing in Ireland will be considered for this role, holding a valid full-time visa. This is a full-time role and candidates that is not legally allowed to work full time, will not be considered. Corporate Sales Manager – Leinster Area We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Sales Manager – Limerick, Dublin or Belfast , reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Sales. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver the budgeted annual sales and profit targets with key customers in the sector. Specifically, you will be tasked with managing and maintaining existing Head Office relationships with a view to deliver incremental sales growth on these accounts. These relationships can often be complex and may involve negotiations with multiple stakeholders at various levels within the same business. You will also be charged with the creation of a Growth Plan which will reflect your approach to new business development, customer retention and sales growth. To be successful in this position you must be customer focused with excellent attention to detail. You must also possess an understanding of the granular dynamics of the foodservice industry particularly within the CMU sector. You will possess excellent communications and analytical skills.
