Homeware Sales Advisor

EZ Living Furniture requires a Homeware Sales Advisor and VM on a part time basis (3 days per week, including weekends) for our Waterford Store. This role involves travel to our Clonmel store once a week. The Person Skills and Qualifications • You will be an experienced retail advisor with at least two years retail experience and some giftware experience. • Furniture experience would be a benefit but not essential. • Previous achievement of sales targets will be an advantage. • You will have strong IT skills and an excellent telephone manner. • You will be a team player with excellent communication skills. • Able to use your own initiative, you will be hard working, conscientious with strong motivational skills. Meeting & Visit Preparation: Assist in the preparation of agendas, presentations, and documents for meetings and site visits alongside the Retail and Logistics Operations Managers. Operations and Customer Support Assistant
To support the day-to-day operations of Green Coffee Collective by assisting with production, packaging, and dispatch from our Belfast warehouse, and to provide friendly, efficient support to customers via email and chat. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with customer interaction, making it ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, solving problems, and being part of a growing, values-driven coffee business. Although this role is initially for 5 hours per week, there may be opportunity to increase this over the coming months with a view to transitioning to a full-time contract if it suits the successful candidate.
