Apprenticeship Program The Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) Apprenticeship is a Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Original Equipment Manufacturing award. It focuses on the development of a range of skills such as Engineering Drawing Electrical and Electronic Technology, OEM Practices, Mechatronics, Analytical & Problem solving, and Industrial Robotics. Kildare location. This is a 4 year programme made up of 7 phases, 4 onsite and 3 offsite college block locations. An OEM Apprentice is a trainee technician supporting the maintenance team in performing corrective and preventative maintenance to a high standard. Over the course of a four-year program, our OEM Apprentice will prepare and upskill to become a multi-skilled maintenance technician. AVWs support patients who would otherwise be in hospital to receive the acute care, monitoring, and treatment (equivalent to that received in an acute hospital) they need in their own home. This supports early transfer out of hospital and augments acute bed capacity. The AVW provides patients who would otherwise be in a hospital bed to be remotely monitored and receive treatment in their own home. This care will be under the governance of and coordinated from the acute service with input from a Consultant / Integrated Care Consultant, ANP’s, CNS’s and the nursing team staffing the AVW. The service will be fully aligned or integrated with other service development programmes and services in the community.

Court Messenger (Debt Collection & Enforcement of Court Orders) - Laois The Courts Service is recruiting a  Court Messenger (Debt Collection / Enforcement of Court Orders)  to join our team in County Laois. The Role The role will be to provide support to the County Registrar assigned to the County of Laois in their capacity as Sheriff and under the terms of the Enforcement of Court Orders Act, 1926, as amended. Key Responsibilities The appointee will be assigned duties and responsibilities commensurate with the grade. The duties of a Court Messenger include, but are not limited to: (a) Enforcement of Decrees, Execution Orders, Fi Fas and Repossession Orders by: Applicants must have a  full clean driving licence, motor insurance and their own transport  as travel throughout County of Laois is a necessary part of the duties of the Court Messenger. The successful candidate will be required to increase their motor insurance to Class 2. The Courts Service will reimburse the cost of this. The Standard Civil Service travel expenses will be paid.
