We are looking to recruit Registrars who will work as part of a cohesive team of NCHD’s and Consultant Spinal and Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeons. This is an excellent opportunity for an Orthopaedic Registrar to broaden their operative and clinical exposure to all aspects of trauma and spinal orthopaedic surgery. The role will include participating in the daily team ward round, providing clinical care at ward level, on call duties to the emergency department, and regular theatre attendances. There are daily fracture and spinal outpatient clinics, and formal Consultant led teaching and training opportunities in all subspecialty areas. Candidates should have excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as an interest in improving their knowledge base.
