The Role: The Team Leader has a pivotal role in managing the day to day delivery of services. The Team Leader will provide leadership and supervision to teams while ensuring the development of the service in line with national standards and best practice. The main responsibilities are to assist the Team Manager with the management of the services, such as – person centred planning in line with Personal Outcome Measures ethos and practice, resource management and staffing - includingrosters, staff development, facilitating communication and professional leadership in order to ensure a good quality of life for the people supported. St. Michael's House is a community-based organisation committed to providing a quality person centred service and high standard of day service to people with an intellectual disability in the greater Dublin area. The team in Chanel LC day service provides diverse models of care to individuals who function within the mild to moderate ranges of intellectual disability and some who have a dual diagnosis in mental health.
