Carraig Donn is continuing to grow year on year, with an exciting 10-year expansion plan.  The Role: As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring the highest standards of customer experience. You’ll oversee daily operations, motivate staff, and work to achieve ambitious sales and profitability targets while maintaining compliance with company standards and procedures. This is a full time, permanent Store Manager contract in Thurles, Co. Tipperary. Key Responsibilities: · Must be a key driver in delivering excellent customer service in store, leading by example at all times. · Maximise profitability by driving sales, managing costs, and achieving gross margin goals. · Display a keen eye for detail and consistently deliver excellent in-store standards while adhering to merchandising guidelines for a high-impact in-store experience. · Oversee stockroom organisation, maintain adequate stock levels, and ensure product is displayed on the shop floor in a timely manner. · Plan and organise staff rotas to ensure optimal shop floor coverage while adhering to budgeted hours. · Adhere to Company policies and procedures and support the Store Team in delivery of same. · Train and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and idea-sharing. · Ensure the store operates in accordance with health and safety standards, maintaining a safe environment for staff and customers. Previous retail Management experience is essential (Experience with regard to Fashion, Jewellery or Giftware will be an advantage) Must be fully flexible as will be required to work weekdays including evenings and weekends.
