What you'll do The Controlling & Analytics department act as a trusted business partner to all areas of the business – from our store colleagues to our Board of Directors – providing timely and accurate reporting on core business KPIs such as Turnover, Margin, Stock Loss and Productivity, as well as detailed analysis and insights into key trends and performance patterns, supporting data-driven decision making at every level of the business. Over the course of 18 months, the Controlling & Analytics graduate will rotate through the five core areas of the department: Business Insights, Business Partnering, Financial Controlling, Sales & Margin, and Data & AI.
