The CDNT provides an evidence-based service in line with family centred practice and Progressing Disability Services (PDS) principles. What does this role involve? As a Sales Support Executive within Randox Health, you will be responsible for supporting the generation of sales for our in-person clinics and home testing kits. Predominantly dealing with inbound queries, you will navigate and convert these inquiries into bookings for appropriate tests at our in-clinic locations or for at-home testing. In this varied role, there will also be an element of supporting our customer support team during peak periods. Some of the main duties of the role include: • Dealing with inbound customer queries and converting these to clinic appointments or at-home testing kits. • Responding to customer inquiries: Address incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly, providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions. • Order processing: Handle customer orders from initiation to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. • Provide administrative and data support to the sales team, facilitating efficient sales processes. • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly to maintain satisfaction. • Work closely with the wider sales team to strategise and coordinate sales efforts effectively. • Track existing sales orders and keep CRM up to date. • Support our customer support team when needed. Youth Housing Worker
Are you passionate about helping young people and could you support them as they transition into adulthood and learn to live by themselves? MACS provides 24/7 supported housing for young people aged between 16 and 21, who are leaving care, or who may be homeless. Young people can live with us for up to 2 years before moving into the community. Youth Housing Workers provide an accessible point of contact at night and weekends to promote the protection and safeguarding of young people living at MACS and help them to build skills and confidence to maintain their own homes. Purpose To ensure that the necessary materials are available at the right time, in the right place, and quantity to meet production schedules. Excellent Results Desirable • Plan and order all site material orders and deliveries to meet production plan and schedule requirements using the site Materials Requisition Planner (MRP) and SAP. • Schedule deliveries & manage stock levels at third-party logistics partners. Essential • Optimise material delivery schedules in line with stock holding policies to improve business performance across the balanced scorecard. • Build strong relationships with the site Operations team. Utilise these relationships to solve problems quickly & effectively. • Build strong relationships with the Noon and Central Procurement teams. Utilise these relationships to solve problems quickly & effectively. • Identify & support delivery of site material Profit Improvement Projects (PIPs) with the central Procurement team. Standard Work & Problem Solving • Maintain master performance data sets for all suppliers, materials, lead times, stock holding rules, minimum order quantities, within the site Materials Requisition Planner (MRP). • Maintain material Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and use data analysis to make problems visible, quantifiable, and to guide decisions. • Ensure that all delivery queries, financial or otherwise, are dealt with in the agreed timescales. Skills & Knowledge • Experience in a FMCG Industry, ideally in a material management role. • Understanding of OPEX and its use in optimising production schedules. • Experience in material call off with an in-depth understanding of material requisition planning systems and their optimisation. • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence multiple levels of the site. • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
