Location: Post 1: Assignment to Athlone/Roscommon Adult Services. Post 2 & 3: Assignment to Roscommon Town Services. The Role: The Senior Community Facilitator has a pivotal role as the direct staff to support an individual with an Intellectual Disability and Autism. The successful candidate will be employed to support and empower the individual with all aspect of their daily living in line with their Personal Outcome Measures. The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to positively deliver the necessary supports required including Positive Behaviour Support plans.
