The Departmental Administrator will be responsible for the delivery efficient and effective administrative service on the NIPS contract to include administrative support to the Head of Learning and the tracking of the student journey from recruitment to completion of their programme.

Family Service Floating Support Case Worker - Belfast Outreach £23,683 (£13.01 per hour) Permanent 35 hours per week - rota based but typically Mon-Fri Family Service Floating Support Is a community-based service who work hard to prevent vulnerable families from becoming homeless. They offer advice and support to help families who have moved out of homeless services to maintain their new home and help families at risk of homelessness from becoming homeless. Your Role Every family will have different needs so their appointed Case Worker will work with them to create and implement a personalised support plan depending on the needs of the family. The support is very flexible and can last for as long or short a time as needed, though not normally longer than two years at any one time. The service is also flexible in that families can rerefer back in as many times as needed for support. Location Unit 4 Nelson Trade Centre, Nelson Street, Belfast, BT15 1BH Service remit Community Based, a full driving licence and full access to a car insured for business purposes. We currently have a vacancy for a Part Time Warehouse Operative with driving duties based at our Support Office in Belfast. The hours of work are 24 hours per week, working Monday to Wednesday 8.00am-5.00pm. Applicants must be fully flexible to work according to the rota. Working as part of a busy team the Warehouse Operative will be required to carry out all general warehouse duties including; deliveries, loading/unloading vans, managing and organising stock and administration duties. This position will involve heavy lifting duties from time to time.
