This is a varied role suited to someone with a strong interest in finance and administration, who can work accurately, manage their workload effectively, and take initiative in supporting both financial processes and office requirements. This is a full-time, permanent position and includes a six-month probationary period. Although part-time or flexible working arrangements will also be considered. Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Thursday: 08:30AM - 05:00PM Friday: 08:30AM - 14:30PM Flexible working arrangements or part-time will be available, including school-hours-friendly patterns. Location: This is an on-site role based at our Cookstown office (Northern Ireland). Requirements: Qualification in Accounts/Finance (or a related field) or two years of experience in a similar role Experience using Sage 50 Accounts or similar accounting software Experience in an accounts/finance/admin role, with exposure to invoicing, reconciliations, double entry bookkeeping. Strong attention to detail and a structured, traceable approach to record-keeping Confidence working with numbers, deadlines, and confidential data Strong IT skills, including Excel and familiarity with finance systems Desirable: Experience working to strict processes (audit trails, internal controls, compliance procedures) Experience with ISO standards Experience using Sage Payroll Eligibility: Applicants must have current and valid permission to live and work in Northern Ireland/the UK at the time of application. MACS Youth Floating Support Service supports young people aged 16-25 in the community who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or need help maintaining their tenancy. Youth Floating Support Workers support on average 15 young people who receive individualised support based on support planning ongoing assessment/review and keeping safe were appropriate. A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign from which from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled. Purpose of the post: The Peer Lead will, support the Involvement Centre Coordinator and the mental health engagement and recovery team, to set up and develop the Waterford Involvement centre, in line with, and following the model already in place in Carlow, Kilkenny and South Tipperary. This person will be a full and integral member of the Peer led Involvement Centre team, providing practical assistance in the development of this service and supporting people who access the service, helping them to regain control over their lives and their own unique recovery journey. The Peer Lead will take a lead role in embedding recovery values within the service in which they work, alongside other Recovery Champions and act as an ambassador for recovery for the HSE with external agencies and organisations. The Peer Lead will use their expertise gained through lived experience to inspire hope and recovery. They will facilitate and support information sharing to promote choice, self-determination and opportunities for connection with local communities. The Peer Lead will work to develop and grow involvement centres, making connections with other colleagues within mental health services, supporting volunteers and working under the supervision of their line manager. The Peer Lead will also develop links with the community mental health teams the new crisis resolution service, which includes the Solas community café team, to support them further on their recovery journey. The HSE Model of Care for Crisis Resolution Services includes, the development of Solas community Café team, operating in a non-clinical safe environment, providing an out of hours service aimed at preventing crises and offering support during evenings and weekends.
