Job summary We are keen to recruit Apprentice Motor Vehicle Technicians for our busy workshops across the Agnew Group. This exciting Apprenticeship opportunity is available in our premium brands including Audi, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volvo, Mini, Porsche and Volkswagen. We have opportunities in Belfast, Mallusk and Portadown. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm The program is run in partnership with various training providers. As an Apprentice Motor Vehicle Technician you will be involved in all aspects of maintenance and repair, from routine servicing to the complete component overhaul of vehicle systems. Over three years, our Apprentice vehicle technicians learn through on-the-job training in our own workshops and classroom training. Main duties for this role may include the following; Have achieved or be expected to achieve at least grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent). Demonstrate a passionate interest in or relevant practical experience of motor vehicles. Strong ability in IT. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. The ability to learn and apply new concepts and ideas. A genuine desire to become a competent Diagnostic Technician. Flexible approach to working hours, as shift patterns may be in operation.

Job Overview The Engineering Level 2 Diploma Apprenticeship is a comprehensive programme designed to provide individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to pursue a career in the field of engineering. This apprenticeship offers a valuable opportunity for individuals interested in various engineering disciplines to gain practical experience and develop essential skills in engineering principles and practices. Candidates will work 4 days onsite in Norbrook and study 1 day per week at SRC.
