To qualify for appointment candidates must be able to comply with the following: · Be fully registered with the Teaching Council under Route 1 (Primary) / Route 2 (Post Primary) Route 4 (Other) is required. · Experience with children who have diagnosis of Autism / Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Moderate General Learning Disability and / or Special Education Needs is desirable. · A post-graduate qualification in Special Education is beneficial.
