The Customs Process Administrator (CPA) is responsible within a team to coordinate and organise the full range of customs services, starting with order acceptance, registering the order, collecting all relevant documents until the release of goods and customs clearance. A CPA will receive extensive internal and external training as well as an online training for customs legislation and foreign trade, as well as daily support. Main tasks and responsibilities · Ensure timely and accurate completion of all Import & Export declarations and Transit Movements. · Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all financial activities relevant to CHB. · Collate and present data reports to Management, Customer, Internal Stakeholders, Compliance and Implementation Teams · To ensure all Operating Manuals are reviewed regularly and updated where required. · Ensure that work carried out complies with standard as defined in the operating Manuals. · To ensure the Quality Assurance Procedures are up to date and clearly reflect current working practices. · Continuously identify waste in processes, delivering improvements which will positively impact productivity (production) levels. · Ensuring that all Irish Revenue/statutory requirements are met or exceeded. · Maintain a first-class business relationship with all customers and internal stakeholders. · To support all growth initiatives and actively participate in creating innovative solutions. · To be an active team member who will exchange knowledge and expertise. · Proactively lead or actively participate in Customs related projects · To ensure training is completed to allow you to cover all accounts. · To engender team spirit and staff engagement. Billing Services operates an outsourced model and is heavily reliant on a number of key business partners for successful delivery of operations. Transaction processing is conducted external to UE and robust management practices form a critical part of the operating model. Reporting to the Payments Analyst, the Payments Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful operations of multiple payment channels, ensuring successful receipt and posting of all payments and working to continuously improve payments efficiencies. Or Applied and awaiting CORU registration (to be documented on application). · At least 3 years’ full time (or an aggregate of 3 years’ full time) post qualification clinical experience. · At least 6 months' experience in the assessment and treatment of hand and/or burn injuries in the clinical areas of Burns and Plastic Surgery or Orthopaedic Surgery. The Senior Occupational Therapist will lead the delivery of a responsive Occupational Therapy service for children and adolescents within the Spinal and Orthopaedics multidisciplinary team in CHI at Crumlin. This caseload contains a mix of inpatient and day unit caseloads including children admitted for elective surgeries (e.g. Scoliosis surgery, Limb Reconstruction, Developmental Dysplasia of Hip, Amputations) and trauma admissions. Interventions can include rehabilitation, equipment prescription and provision, postural management, developmental input and supporting discharge home. Liaison with community teams is a key part of this role. The post-holder will work collaboratively with children and families admitted for surgeries who may have complex co-morbidities and levels of disability. The post-holder will play a key role in the management of the cross-site OT equipment loan service to support clinical outcomes and hospital discharge. The post holder will maintain appropriate clinical competencies to work across the orthopaedic service, whilst supporting junior members of staff to carry out their clinical duties. Essential Criteria: · Be registered as an Occupational Therapist by the Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU with the registration number listed on the CV.
