Shifts New drivers will operate scheduled services covering a 5-day week with rotating shifts (including night service). The standard working week will be 39 hours, exclusive of breaks. Training Successful candidates will earn €701.31 a week while in the bus driver training programme. Successful candidates with a B Licence will commence a 6-week (full time) driver training programme, successful candidates with a D licence will commence a 4-week (full time) driver training programme. Initial training and mentoring is provided as well as on-going training and development, including periodic CPC. Clinical Flow & Capacity Lead – Permanent, Full-time The Clinical Flow and Capacity Lead provides operational leadership for patient flow, bed utilisation, admissions coordination and clinical liaison processes across the hospital. The role is responsible for supporting safe, timely and efficient patient access through proactive management of inpatient capacity, operational escalation, multidisciplinary coordination and discharge planning processes. The post holder acts as a central operational coordination point between clinical teams, admissions, referrers and hospital leadership, supporting real-time decision-making during periods of surge demand, capacity pressure and operational escalation. Working closely with Nursing, Clinical Leadership, Operations, Admissions, and Communications, the role contributes to improved bed utilisation, strengthened referrer relationships, clearer access pathways, better referral intelligence and appropriate occupancy growth. Essential Qualifications : · Be registered with NMBI on the General Nursing and/or Psychiatric Nursing division of the Register of Nurses · Have at least 5 years’ post-registration experience in an acute setting, with a minimum of 2 years at management level. · Have proven clinical and professional ability.
