About the Role: As a Health Check Coordinator, you’ll be the face of Randox Health, representing us at community testing events across Hampshire. Your day will start at home, but you’ll travel across the area to meet clients, coordinate appointments, and deliver vital health checks. Key Responsibilities: • Travel daily to community testing events across Hampshire, where you’ll welcome and assist clients during their health check appointments. • Collect blood samples, provide lifestyle advice, and deliver health consultations for all clients. • Coordinate with our professional partners and internal teams to maintain high service standards. • Manage appointment bookings, client documentation, and inventory for each event. • Provide daily reports and feedback to help us continuously improve our services. • Adherence to standard operating procedures and health and safety protocols to maintain a safe and professional environment. • Compliance with CQC regulations to ensure a care-centred approach is given to all clients. We are hiring for a 6 month to a year Pharmacy Technician for our Douglas Store next to Centra South Douglas Rd, Cork, for Maternity Leave Cover This position is open to a Fully Qualified Technician. The position is full-time, 5 days a week including every second Saturday. No Sundays, Bank Holidays or Late Nights. The positions are in a busy dispensary and would suit a candidate who has experience in working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities · Receive written prescriptions and verify that information is complete and accurate. · Maintain proper storage and security conditions for drugs. Ensure all drugs are fit for supply and in date. Stock must be regularly checked to identify expired or short-dated stock and dealt with according to company procedures. · Answer telephones, responding to questions or requests. · To accurately and efficiently dispense medication per the prescriber's and pharmacists' wishes. · File prescriptions that have been filled. · Clean, and help maintain equipment and work areas. · To accept and dispose of returned medicines in a safe and environmentally responsible way. · Establish and maintain patient profiles, including lists of medications taken by individual patients. · Be fully conversant with ordering procedures related to the dispensary and maintain adequate stock levels through accurate stock figures and order placement with suppliers. · Receive and store incoming supplies, verify quantities against invoices, and inform supplier of shortages · Mix extemporaneous preparations according to prescribers and pharmacists instructions. · To be fully conversant with any necessary paperwork and procedures required to process the HSE end of month claim. · To fully comply with all company policies and procedures. · To strive to exceed customers expectations and always place the customers needs before their own. Our staff are at the heart of everything we do and achieve. We have an exciting new career opportunity for a Phlebotomist within our clinic in the Holland and Barrett store in Wigan. Location : Crompton Street Unit 7A, Grand Arcade, Wigan WN1 1BH. Contract Offered : Full-time, permanent Working Hours / Shifts : 40 hours per week, alternating between Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday, 8.40am to 5.20pm. Later shifts may be included in the future. For this position, as you may be in contact with live blood samples, you must be vaccinated against Hepatitis B or be able to get it following a successful interview stage. In line with Care Quality Commission guidelines, the successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check. Clinical Specialist Audiologist
Clinical Specialist Audiologist Purpose of the Role The purpose of this post is to provide a pivotal role in the co-ordination and delivery of Audiology activities within CHI. In particular, the post holder (under the guidance of the CHI Audiology Professional Lead) will be responsible for maintaining, overseeing and developing all aspects of the CHI Bone Conduction Hearing Implant (BCHI) service. Essential Criteria: Candidates must have at the latest date of application: 1. Statutory Registration, Professional Qualifications, Experience, etc. (A) (i) Hold the two year full time MSc in Audiology awarded by the National University of Ireland, University College Cork at Level 9 on the Quality and Qualifications of Ireland (QQI) framework, which includes a licence to practice clinical audiology in Ireland OR (ii) Hold an equivalent qualification in Audiology awarded in another jurisdiction validated by the Department of Health (An Roinn Slainte) (See Note 1* below). OR (B) Hold the BSc (Hons) in Audiology awarded by Athlone Institute of Technology awarded in 2016 only, at Level 8 on the Quality and Qualifications of Ireland (QQI) framework. OR (C) Candidates currently working as an Audiologist or Audiological Scientist within the Irish Health System must hold: (a) a qualification equivalent to (A) above OR (b) The British Association of Audiologists Examinations Parts 1 & 2 (or its predecessor) OR (c) A qualification equivalent to (C) (a) or (b). AND (D) Candidates must provide evidence of audiological competence relevant to the scope of practice required for the role. (See Note 2* below). AND (E) Candidates who did not complete the required studies through the medium of English must demonstrate their proficiency in the English language through the submission of certification from the International English Language Testing System [IES TS].
