A key part of the role involves accurately completing job reports, service records, and other documentation using company systems, whilst maintaining excellent communication with customers and colleagues. You will be expected to consistently meet service level agreements and provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel to customer locations throughout Ireland, including occasional overnight stays.
