This role is responsible for making trips between our various clinics and sites ensuring that samples are collected / delivered on time. This is a varied role that may also include the following responsibilities: • Make multiple trips daily between our third-party clinics, Randox Health Clinics and Laboratories. • Conduct a sample count on each trip and complete required documentation when transporting samples. Witness the accessioning count upon delivery. • Collect stock orders and deliver them to the required site. • Complete a daily vehicle checklist at the start of each day. • Record vehicle milage in the provided logbook. • Ensure vehicles are filled with the correct fuel and Ad Blue, if required. • Adhere to all speed limits and road laws. Duties will include: · Goods inward consisting of: - Unloading pallets of stock - checking all relevant paperwork – raising queries with Management and suppliers (where appropriate) and storing away stock with accuracy and efficiency. · Storing and rotating stock according to established procedures. · Reporting damaged or missing goods to Manager. · Goods Outward consisting of: - Picking and packing orders for despatch with accuracy and within time specifications. · Loading goods/ pallets/ totes on to delivery vehicles whilst ensuring that all paperwork is present and correct. · General Warehouse duties: - Stock taking and communicating with Manager when stocks are low/dated/ damaged. · Following workplace Health and Safety regulations when using handling goods by hand/ pallet truck/forklift. · Dealing with delivery drivers on a daily basis (both internal and external). · Ensuring warehouse is clean and tidy at all times.
