Chef Required We are looking for a fluent English-speaking chef to join our team. Somone with the skills to prepare menus daily for the residents of our friendly Nursing & Retirement Home. We are looking for someone who works to the highest standards, is knowledgeable of all levels of HACCP and has experience in managing a vibrant, busy kitchen. Previous Nursing Home experience would be beneficial, but not necessary. Requirements Culinary Expertise including specialised dietary requirements. A recognized qualification in Culinary Arts Leaderships skills with ability to manage and inspire a team. Good Attention to Detail regarding food preparation and presentation. Excellent Organizational Skills and the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Great Communication skills, capable of interacting with all personnel in the Nursing Home, Residents, staff, management, and visitors. Contract for 39 hours per week over 7 days. Responsible for: To greet guests in accordance with training and allocate rooms according to laid-down procedures. The content of all training session and issues addressed at team meetings must be adhered to. · Complete duties as per checklist · To ensure that all cash in dealt with in accordance with cash handling procedures. · To carry out any reasonable duty requested by a manager, senior staff member or request of a guest.

As a Service Coordinator based in Cork you are the primary contact for our engineers and customers. You will take ownership of the day-to-day administration /operational activity which can include scheduling engineer visits, ordering supplies, handling vendors, processing invoices and other general administrative tasks. How you will do it Our Service Coordinator reports to the Service Manager and works on a defined scope of activity. A key area of your responsibility will be the planning and scheduling of our front-line service delivery teams. You will book L & M and PSA (Planned Service Agreement) contract and visits. You will also lead our customer enquiries. We will need you to help with AR enquiries, order supplies, process invoices and general management of vendors.
