Home Delivery Driver & Sales Assistant
Main purpose of the role: Responsible for ensuring the efficient and professional delivery of customers online/telephone shopping orders. Interact with each customer with great pride, passion and care. The candidate will also assist in the store helping stock shelves and pack out orders. The ideal candidate will have/be:
Butcher
Main purpose of the role: Ensure the Meat Department operates efficiently and effectively at all times and provide our customers with excellent quality and products and services. The ideal candidate will have/be: Craft butchery course is desirable Numerical skills Excellent communication skills Previous customer service experience is an advantage The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure A passion for food and the ability to inspire shoppers HACCP training is beneficial but not essential. Main purpose of the role: Ensure the Bakery Department operates efficiently and effectively at all times. Provide our customers with excellent quality products and customer service. The ideal candidate will have/be: Previous food preparation and production experience is desirable Qualified baker is a distinct advantage Creative and able to embrace new recipes Excellent communication skills Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have/be: Previous experience as a delivery driver is desirable Full clean drivers licence is essential Excellent organisational and time management skills Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
