Warehouse Administrator
Description Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our client's logistics challenges. The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for the warehouse administrative activities. Assures efficient dock operations, co-ordinates with drivers, and warehouse Team leaders to ensure the optimal flow of the warehouse and associated reports and paperwork. Essential Job Functions: Prepares required warehouse paperwork accurately and completely. Working as the Link between the Office, the warehouse, and drivers. Records process exceptions, and non-compliance through problem logs. Attends meetings addressing specific administration issues, and develops recommendations and action plans towards their resolution. Stays current on rules and regulations, interpreting and ensuring compliance. Occasional light warehouse duties. Primary work environment is in the warehouse. Other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: Job will require extended sitting or standing, working in a warehouse environment. Other Skills/Abilities: Ability to dependably follow instructions and respond to warehouse leadership direction. Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, planning and organizational skills. Reasonable knowledge of MS Office suite and experience working with warehouse management software. Prepares reports and provides record-keeping, using specialized software when necessary. Capable of walking/standing for 50-80% of the working day. Good command of the English language, B2-C1 level. Assists with other tasks as needed. Education Requirements: Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a warehouse and/or administration role.
