Applications are invited for the following post Senior Behaviour Therapist Ref: 18/2025 Permanent Full-Time (35 hours per week) Location: Behaviour Support Services, Cork The Role As part of a Behaviour Support team, this Senior Behaviour Therapist role is to assist the development and implementation of Multi-Element Behaviour Support at an individual and organisational level. The Candidate must have A relevant QQI level 8 or higher in a health services area (e.g Psychology, RNID Nursing, Occupational Therapy). A Level 9 Masters qualification in applied behaviour analysis. Five years’ experience of working with people with intellectual disability and behaviour support needs. A minimum of three years post qualification experience developing and implementing behaviour support plans preferably using the Multi-Element Behaviour Support model Experience in staff training Experience in working with families Registration with a relevant professional body in Ireland Possess a full clean driving licence, which qualifies you to drive on Irish roads with means of transport. Team Leader / Person in Charge (Social Care Manager 1 Grade) - Temporary, Full Time (78 hours per fortnight, working across a 7 day roster) Location: Working across two residential services in the Cashel area (Co. The role of a Team Leader The person appointed will take on the role of Person In Charge and be personally responsible, through the Nagle Services Manager, for the day to day operations of the assigned Nagle Services. He/she will ensure that these services are of a high quality, meeting the standards required by Brothers of Charity Services Ireland and any national bodies legislated to monitor such standards. The post holder will be required to act as a Person in Charge (PIC) for assigned designated centres and Person Participating in the Management of a Centre (PPIM) for other centres within the Service Area and to ensure that the Designated Centre is in full compliance with HIQA regulations as specified in SI 366 and 367 of the Health Act 2007.
