Overview of the Post: To provide residential respite to families of children and young adults with disabilities in North Tipperary. The residential support service will be coordinated by the RRM/Service Coordinator, who will prioritise families to be involved in the service, who agrees with each family the type and level of support to be provided. The Nurse will be supervised by and work closely with the RRM/Service Coordinator.
