As a Project Manager, you will be the key driver of our stage gate (Nectar) innovation process, delivering each project within agreed timelines. You will lead culinary and process-based ideation sessions, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure effective communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Building over time a track record of success is a key deliverable. Positions: Full-Time, Permenant Location: Naas, Co. Galway Tenure: Specific Purpose Full time and pensionable linked on a specific purpose basis to new funding. Remuneration: Department of Health, Health & Social Care Assistant 01/02/2026 - salary scale - €36,288 x 8 increments - € 45,484 pro-rata per annum. Purpose of the post: To provide a range of supports to children from 0-18 years of age and their families who are supported by the Network Disability Team, within an interdisciplinary framework and family centred practice. Reporting Relationship: The post holder will report to the Children’s Disability Network Manager (CNDM) Qualifications: Candidates must: (i) Possess the relevant Health Service Skills QQI (FETAC) Level 5. Or (ii) Have obtained an equivalent qualification to (i) from another jurisdiction. Or (iii) Be currently employed as a Physiotherapy/ Speech & language Assistant or in a comparable role And b) Candidates must have the personal competence and capacity to properly discharge the duties of the role. A full clean Irish driving licence and use of your own car is an essential requirement. Fluency in verbal and written English an essential requirement of this post. Experience: • Candidates have experience of working with children with complex needs (for example autism, physical & medical complex needs, behaviours of concern). • Experience in the use of TEACCH, Lámh and other forms of AAC is an advantage. Working Hours: • 70 hours a fortnight. Contracted hours of work are liable to change between the hours of 8am – 8pm from Monday to Friday. A family centred approach to service delivery and the ongoing transformation of the health service will require employees to be flexible in their working hours to provide a quality service delivery for each individual. The Health Service is undergoing ongoing modernisation and therefore it is critical that a flexible attitude to changing environments and work requirements is held by the successful candidate. Annual Leave: • 23 days per annum. Probation : A probationary period of nine months from the date of appointment applies to the post.
