Relevant Skills/Experience: Previous food preparation and production experience is essential Qualified pizza creator/maker or baker is a distinct advantage but not necessary Creative and passionate about food Excellent communication skills Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs Accuracy, attention to detail, organised and flexible Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service experience is an advantage HACCP training is beneficial but not essential Main Duties: Actively live the pizza brand-values i.e. Proud, Energetic and Imaginative Serve customer with freshly baked pizza made fresh to order Bake and finish products to the highest standard in accordance with the pizza baking guidelines Ensure the pizza department is merchandised and presented to the highest standard at all times and in accordance with relevant brand guidelines Ensure ordering of stock is carried out in accordance with procedures Ensure all HACCP best practices are implemented across the pizzeria Adhere to all pizza brand rules, policies and procedures at all time Be familiar and comply with all Health & Safety regulations particularly those pertaining to your role and to report any breaches to store management

Main purpose of the role: Ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively and that all our employees provide our customers with the best customer service and fresh food offering at all times. Deliver key store targets (sales and profitability) through effective management of people and operations.
