We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic & analytical Senior Construction Manager to join Lidl’s Property Team at our state-of-the-art Regional Distribution Centre in Newbridge, Co Kildare. What you'll do • Management of all contractors, consultants and suppliers involved in the store construction process• Management of Planning Permission, Fire Cert Applications and Disability Access Certificate applications• Management of the design and tender process for construction related projects• Manage the negotiation and award of contracts for construction projects• Appoint and coordinate the project design team• Act as contract administrator for construction projects• Attend and chair site meetings• Management of cost, programme quality and Health and Safety for construction projects• Manage value engineering efforts• Completion of additional tasks will also be required from time to time What you'll need • Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction related degree• Minimum two years Construction experience• Strong computer & administration skills• Full driving licence• Continuously seeking new challenges and experiences• Detail-orientated with strong analytical skills and attention to detail• Enjoys working part of a team but thrives on own initiative What you'll receive Through our salary system, we ensure pay equality across all positions at Lidl Lidl is an equal opportunities employer. Customer Assistant

If that sounds like you, earn €460+ per week as a Customer Assistant on our standard 30 hour contract.You’ll work across different shift times, on varied tasks and with different colleagues.What does a normal day* as a Customer Assistant look like? (*there’s no such thing as ‘normal’ in retail but we’ve tried our best!)As a Customer Assistant you are required to sell alcohol, therefore you must be 18 or over to work in our store.
