Job Overview The Production Manager is responsible for managing a dedicated Manufacturing Suite with focus on Sterile Manufacturing/fill finish, and a team producing veterinary pharmaceutical products to the highest standards for distribution globally. You will drive performance and embed a continuous improvement culture to deliver Customer orders on time. Adherence with our Quality Management System and Environmental Health & Safety system are critical within the manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Site Manufacturing Lead, you will ensure products are manufactured compliantly and aligned with regulatory authority standards globally. Essential Criteria:
Planning Officer
Salary: SO1 SCP 25–27 £36,363–£38,220 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. A flexible working hours scheme is in operation. The post holder may be required to work outside normal office hours to accommodate the needs of the Department. Duration: Fixed term contract for 12 months, may be extended (maternity cover). The Council may retain a list of successful reserve candidates arising from this recruitment for any vacancies which may arise which are the same grade and similar duties. Such a reserve list will be compiled and held for a period of 12 months from the date of interview. All employees are expected to model the Customer Care behaviours of “Serve Passionately, Engage Positively and Deliver Consistently.” JOB PURPOSE: To assist in providing a high quality and efficient Planning Service to the Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council area. The post holder will be required to assist in the preparation and delivery of a new Local Development Plan for the Council area, and the management and delivery of the Development Management and Enforcement functions. The post will initially be based in the Development Plan Section of the Council’s Planning Department, but the post holder may be required to work across other sections, including the processing of planning applications and enforcement cases. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the preparation of development plans, proposals for Conservation Areas, Tree Preservation Orders, town centre and other studies, supplementary planning guidance and research and survey work, analysis and report writing in relation to the Local Development Plan. Validate and process planning applications, Certificates of Lawful Development and other statutory consents. Monitor planning decisions and investigate suspected cases of unauthorised development, interview parties, take statements, carry out inspection surveying, photograph sites, write reports, represent the Council in the service of enforcement notices and act as a witness at court and enforcement appeals. Organise and undertake site visits, participate in site meetings, write reports of visits, provide professional advice and opinions and attend Development Management Group and Planning Committee meetings. Prepare reports, technical papers, statements, evidence and other information for appeals, meetings, committees, hearings, inquiries and independent examination, and represent the Council at these events as required. Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders (including evening meetings when requested) related to the specific areas of work at various locations across the Council area or country. Carry out consultations on planning related issues. Attend exhibitions and external meetings at various locations across the Council area. Provide professional advice on Planning Policy, Development Management or Enforcement matters and support colleagues to ensure the delivery of integrated, comprehensive Planning functions across the service. Undertake research, monitoring, surveys and site inspections as required at various locations across the Council area or country and respond to consultations, ensuring that the Council’s views are expressed effectively. Assist with research into and preparation of reports relating to policy formulation and Development Management. Assist with the preparation of Tree Preservation Orders, development plans, strategies and regeneration proposals for conservation areas, town centres and other selected settlements. Operate the Council’s IT systems, including the Geographical Information System (GIS). Manage support staff as required. Communicate with the public, elected representatives, internal and external stakeholders face to face, by correspondence, telephone and electronic communication. Attend meetings as necessary with applicants, agents, elected representatives and or the public. Represent the Council at appeal hearings. Collaborate with other Council functions within the Regulatory Services, Facilities and Assets Directorate and other Directorates as requested, in order to advance the Council’s Corporate Plan. Undertake any other relevant duties that may be required and are commensurate with the nature and grade of the post.

The post holder will report to the Assistant Director of Finance and will have primary responsibility for leading the Finance team to deliver the main regulatory and technical aspects of the Accounting function, overseeing financial returns required by the College and ensuring their accuracy and validity to meet the needs of the College and its regulatory bodies. We have an exciting new career opportunity for a Phlebotomist within our clinic within the John Lewis store in Bluewater shopping centre in Dartford. Location : John Lewis - Bluewater Shopping Centre, Greenhithe, Bluewater Parkway, Greenhithe DA9 9SA. Contract Offered : Full time, fixed term for 1 year. Working Hours / Shifts : 5 days per week, including every other weekend. Start and finish times are: 9.40am to 6.20pm, Monday to Saturday and 10.30am to 5pm on a Sunday. For this position, as you may be in contact with live blood samples, you must be vaccinated against Hepatitis B or be able to get it following a successful interview stage. This is a varied role that may also include the following responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection, personal health measurements, and data entry into our Patient Information Systems (PIS). • Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent. • Maintain accurate records in PIS, uploading all relevant documentation. • Represent the company professionally at offsite events and appointments. • Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic. • Proactively drive sales and exceed targets. • Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately. • Demonstrate high IT literacy in order to manager various software systems and daily tasks. Essential criteria: • Previous Phlebotomy experience and certificate or equivalent training. • Confident using IT programmes. • Flexibility with working hours, as required by the business inclusive of evenings and weekends. • Flexibility to work from offsite locations at least once per month. • Strong communication skills. • Currently have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
