Acting as an advocate, you’ll also ensure their voices are heard and that they have support in making decisions. Our successful candidate will ideally have lived experience of the criminal justice system (as an ex-service user) or will have worked as a peer mentor within a prison/probation environment, however we are mainly looking for someone with an engaging personality who is comfortable working with a variety of people who have experienced a range of social/personal difficulties.
