Essential requirements are: · A relevant qualification in healthcare management, business administration, or a related discipline. · Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare or social care, with responsibility for service management, departmental planning, and the effective management of staff and resources · An in-depth understanding of the implementation and application of PDS and Enhanced Complex Care Provision · Demonstrable experience in promoting quality improvement initiatives. · Excellent organisational skills with an attention to detail and ability to prioritise and handle complex situations · Excellent communication skills · Demonstrated ability to analyse data, generate reports, and use information to support service planning and decision-making. · A strong understanding of clinical governance, data protection (GDPR), and the importance of confidentiality in a healthcare setting.
