CDNT Balbriggan; CDNT Clondalkin; CDNT Clontarf; and CDNT Swords The CRC Children’s Disability Network Teams (CDNT) will be providing intervention to children from the age of 0-18 years, presenting with complex developmental needs requiring inter-disciplinary intervention .
