To support the college’s admissions processes and participate at key events during the college’s busy student recruitment phase. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES The successful candidate will be responsible for any or all of the following duties: • Deal efficiently and contribute effectively to the work of the Contact Centre by processing incoming calls to the college’s telephony system as appropriate, within desired timescales; • Provide advice and guidance by signposting college services to callers; • Process course enrolments and payments using the college’s MIS system; • Make external calls to existing groups of students and applicants as directed and record outcomes; • Provide accurate reports and updates on activities undertaken, outcomes, and any issues, to line manager, on a daily basis; • Utilise the college’s MIS systems, reports and portals to provide accurate information to prospective students and ensure data; • Process and verify examination results provided by applicants: • Support the Campus Services function with face-to-face customer engagement during key dates such as Information days, Confirmation of Results day, Registration, Induction and Clearing events.
