Essential: • Minimum 5 years’ experience of working in disability services to include an in-depth knowledge and understanding of: -Legislation, regulation and standards that govern the delivery of services to people with a disability both in residential and day support services. -Quality Assurance Frameworks and their application in an organisation like Avista. -Risk Management including risk assessment, risk registers, risk reporting and monitoring. Health and Safety legislation. • Full clean Irish Manual driving licence and use of car.
