It is critical that when undertaking this work the post holder will do so in a manner that is consistent with the vision and mission of the service. The post holder has a pivotal role in service planning, co-ordinating, and managing activity and resources within the Respite Service. The main responsibilities are: quality assurance, resource management, staffing and staff development, practice development, facilitating communication and professional leadership.
