Think you have what it takes to join the Lidl team? IT Systems The IT Department is responsible for Lidl’s Information Technology systems and processes, throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland. We provide a high-quality service that supports and enhances the business wherever IT systems are used. An essential element of our role is to ensure a stable and secure IT infrastructure. The optimisation of business processes and deploying cost efficient and sustainable IT systems is also important to us. We implement IT requirements using a professional project management approach and meet company and industry standards at the highest possible level. Our strong team of highly motivated specialists as well as IT all-rounders provides IT support for end users in our stores, in our regional distribution centres and in our Head Office. We maintain and develop Lidl’s standard server, client and network infrastructure and also look after a number of specialised corporate applications in the retail context. Our team uses a wide range of modern technology and operates in a fast-paced environment covering aspects in the areas of end user support, cyber security, systems operations and IT project management. What you'll do The Procurement department is responsible for the sourcing of goods and services which support the needs of the business. This department organises and manages contracts with these suppliers. The Procurement department supports other areas of the business by providing expertise and detailed knowledge of the products and services sourced. With the introduction of new suppliers and service providers, the Procurement department can initiate change with the evaluation of the company's needs.
