Role Profile The Global Documentation Executive is responsible for preparing and managing export documentation for global shipments, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, customs, and customer requirements while supporting efficient operations and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and issue export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, bills of lading, declarations) • Ensure accuracy and compliance with international market requirements • Manage documentation across multiple markets• Act as key contact for customer queries and provide shipment updates • Support audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives • Maintain high levels of accuracy and right-first-time performance Requirements • Experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain, or similar • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills • Ability to manage multiple deadlines • Excellent communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Desirable: Export documentation knowledge, FMCG/food industry experience, familiarity with SAP or ERP systems What We Offer • Hybrid working • Career progression opportunities • On-site gym (Kilkenny) and wellbeing initiatives • Bike to Work scheme • Free parking (incl. We are seeking experienced Bookkeepers for the following areas: The Role: This is a part-time position with flexible hours, operating through a self-employed contract, working from home and/or clients’ business premises. The Candidate: The successful candidate will have; · The ability to work independently. · Excellent time-management skills necessary for achieving deadlines. · Excellent communications skills. · Data inputting and bookkeeping experience including VAT. · Ability to manage a bookkeeping service for a portfolio of clients. · Excellent IT skills. · Knowledge of the Agribusiness structure/ operations would be an advantage.
