Customer Service Advisor

We are currently seeking a  Customer Service Advisor  to join our Safe Storage Business Unit based in Portadown. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Role As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers across Great Britain, providing professional support throughout the customer journey. From responding to enquiries and preparing quotations to processing orders and coordinating deliveries, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive a first-class service. Working closely with Sales, Production, Transport, Scheduling and Service teams, you will help ensure customer requirements are met accurately and efficiently while building strong and lasting customer relationships.
