Retail Technology Solutions Specialist

The Retail Technology Solutions Specialist is a hands-on technical role responsible for integrating new and existing retail applications—such as kiosks, loyalty solutions, self-checkouts and ESELs—into BWG’s core retail systems. You will support the integration roadmap by designing API and data requirements, working closely with external vendors, and ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery. Reporting to the Product Lead, Retail Technology, you will collaborate with colleagues across Product and Deployment to help deliver a unified EPOS and the wider digital retail strategy for our stores. We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to work on a Full-time Temporary basis in BWG, Unit 2, Clonlara Avenue, Baldonnell Industrial Estate, Eircode D22XK20. This role is hybrid working. Working in the Customer Service Department, the Customer Service Administrator will be a key point of contact with our retailers to deal with order processing & customer queries regarding orders from the National Distribution Centre, Bonded Warehouse & Chilled orders and queries from our supplier network.
